Rules and conditions for using the Meduzzen Voice platform
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using Meduzzen Voice, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
Meduzzen Voice provides AI-powered voice agent technology for automating business phone communications, including inbound call handling and outbound dialing campaigns.
3. Permitted Use
You may use Meduzzen Voice only for lawful business communications. You are responsible for ensuring all calls comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including consent and recording disclosure requirements.
4. Prohibited Use
The following uses are STRICTLY PROHIBITED and will result in immediate account termination without refund:
- Fraud, scams, phishing, or any deceptive communications
- Impersonation of government agencies, banks, or official institutions
- Sexual content, adult services, or any communications of a sexual nature
- Harassment, threats, or abusive communications toward any person
- Spam or unsolicited mass communications without proper consent
- Any use that violates Ukrainian law or applicable international regulations
- Collection of sensitive personal data without explicit consent
- Use of the platform to facilitate any illegal activity
5. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share account access with unauthorized parties. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
6. Payment and Subscriptions
Subscription fees are charged in advance. Refunds are provided only as required by applicable consumer protection law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with overdue payments.
7. Intellectual Property
The Meduzzen Voice platform, including all software, designs, and content, is the intellectual property of Meduzzen Voice. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
Meduzzen Voice is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 3 months.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ukraine.
