2. Data Encryption
- All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3
- Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 encryption
- Call transcripts are encrypted in storage
3. No Third-Party Data Sharing
Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties. We do not use your call data, transcripts, or business information to train AI models or for any purpose beyond delivering our service to you. Infrastructure subprocessors operate under strict data processing agreements and have no independent access to your data.
4. Access Controls
- Role-based access control limits who can access data within our systems
- All internal access to production systems is logged and audited
- Employee access to customer data requires multi-factor authentication
5. Infrastructure Security
- Our infrastructure is hosted on certified cloud providers with SOC 2 compliance
- We perform regular security assessments and vulnerability scans
- Automated monitoring detects and alerts on suspicious activity 24/7
6. Incident Response
In the event of a security incident affecting your data, we will notify affected users within 72 hours in accordance with applicable law, and provide details of the incident and remediation steps taken.
7. Your Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account password and access credentials. Enable two-factor authentication where available. Report any suspected security issues to info@meduzzen.com immediately.
8. Reporting Vulnerabilities
If you discover a security vulnerability in our platform, please report it responsibly to info@meduzzen.com. We take all reports seriously and will respond within 48 hours.
